ALEX-s 2k512 BI UV1

Up to 98% peak quantum efficiency

Ultra-deep cooling to -100 °C

18-bit dynamic range

Multi-MHz Readout

Max. full well capacity of 100 ke⁻

Scientific low-noise CCD sensors

Compact camera design

This series of highly sensitive, cooled cameras with vacuum flange is equipped with ultra-low noise 18-bit readout electronics and perfectly suited for spectroscopy and imaging applications in the VUV, EUV and X-ray range up to 20 keV. Due to the large pixel size, very high signal to noise ratios are possible. The CCD detectors deliver spectra and images with outstanding dynamic range. To find the best solution for your application, greateyes offers various flange types and sensor technologies with quantum efficiencies up to 98%.
